On the Wednesday of MBFWA, we were greeted with a very bright, sunny and warm morning. The perfect type of day to bring out a full sequin crop t-shirt I had picked up in London. Marg snapped these shots for me in front of the NSW Art Gallery, a building which looked a little like a miniature version of the Melbourne Parliament House. The Lisa Ho collection show was held in the morning here and so we were quite blessed to have beautiful backlit light to work with. I bought these pants on impulse. They are a bit strange which is why I was first attracted to them (yes I am attracted to strange things) and I still find them quite strange to work with. I thought I’d pair it with a fitted shirt to balance out the voluminous bottom and break it all up with my accessories. A little birds nest on my head, a bit of leopard and light green, a pair of brown lace-up boots and gold jewellery = my kind of outfit!
