Wearing: Vintage top, ASOS belt, Chicwish skirt & bag, Evil Twin cuff and Contributor by Rachel Comey pocket boots
Just a few photos taken at Darling Harbour in Sydney. I always try to keep my travel outfits simple to minimise the fuss in the morning of getting dressed so thought this shirt and skirt combo was just too easy. Pretty much a staple default outfit for me on my lazy days. I think I brought about four pairs of shoes to Sydney but only ended up wearing this pair of boots which, despite having a medium sized heel, is one of the comfiest shoes I own and I can literally spend 12+ hours on my feet in these. Tom & I spent Valentines Day in Sydney cruising lazily on a four hour harbour cruise, complete with a seafood buffet lunch which saw me eat almost 10 oysters. On our cruise, we saw a huge banner hanging from a cruise ship which said ‘Marry me Jess’ to which my heart melted haha and I just had to snap a photo. We then went to a little Japanese place – Masuya – which was tucked away in one of the alley streets, where I was treated to an amazing too-many-course meal of Japanese. In fact I think we had Japanese every single day in Sydney! The waiters there were wearing heart shaped badges, had a heart balloon arch at the door, roses everywhere, soppy love music and lots of other cutesy sort of Valentines Day things :)

Wearing: Kani hair wreath, ASOS sheer blazer, platform sandals, ring, belt & cuffs, Gorman t-shirt, French Connection skirt and Johnny Loves Rosie box clutch
Round 2 of the ASOS Future Stylist competition is officially live. The theme is ‘Clashing Prints’, something that I’ve always adored having in my outfits. The 12 of us were tasked with styling a look using prints; printed shirts, suits, skirts, t-shirts – the bolder the better. So with an array of different prints to choose from – floral, geometric, leopard print, animal print, polka dots, stripes, ditzy prints, aztec prints.. I decided to go with what I love to do, clash everything as much as I can! I chose a polka dot lime t-shirt as the base and mixed it up with a navy pencil skirt. I loved putting these two pieces together because the navy skirt contained lime coloured florals and the polka dots on the t-shirt were navy. So in a way, both things ‘matched’ yet ‘clashed’ at the same time. Of course.. I didn’t stop just there! This deer print sheer blazer, which I have a huge soft spot for, just had to be thrown in and I decided to bring it all together by wearing similar coloured heels. Of course, they had to be colourful as well in red and fuschia. I chose a red box clutch, blue belt with gold chain detailing, as well as gold cuffs and rings + my favourite hair wreath. Clashing prints? I think, the brighter the better so I hope you liked my look :)

Wearing: ASOS wide brim hat & open back dress, Contributor by Rachel Comey pocket boots, Chicwish bag
This dress is a dress that I have had my eye on for ages. It sold out in every single colour on ASOS and I stalked it for weeks on Ebay until I finally got my hands on one. I actually originally wanted the lime green one (& still do!) but this one popped up in the listings first and I couldn’t just say no, just in case I was to never find one again. It’s got the cutest scalloped collar, open back and skirt bottom, which together gives the illusion of a two piece set comprising of a cropped vest and pencil skirt. Wore this to see a play at the Opera House and then to have angel hair spaghetti at a nearby cafe overlooking the harbour bridge.
